A LITTLE HELP, RIGHT HERE.

VYVO Support.

Keep your focus on the moment. Here are a few things that may help.

VYVO is not available to download yet. Store links will be added before launch. For help, email vyvo@nullge.com.

How do I allow camera access?

Allow camera access when VYVO asks. If you previously declined, open your device’s Settings, find VYVO and enable Camera. You can also import a photo without using the camera.

How do I change a filter’s strength?

Choose a look in the filter library, then use the strength control. You can refine brightness, contrast and colour in the editor before saving.

Where are my photos saved?

Saved edits appear in VYVO’s in-app gallery. If you allow photo-library access, you can also save a copy to your device. The in-app gallery is local to that installation, so export the photos you want to keep before removing the app.

Why can’t I save to my device’s photo library?

Check VYVO’s photo permissions in your device settings and make sure there is enough free storage. If library access is declined, the app can still keep a saved edit in its internal gallery.

Do I need an account or subscription?

No VYVO account is required. The planned release is a paid download with all 18 current filters included and no subscription. The final price will appear in your app store.

Can I record video?

The initial release is focused on photos. Video recording is not currently available.

Are my photos uploaded?

VYVO processes photos on your device and does not upload them to a VYVO server. Sharing happens only through the service you choose. Read the privacy policy for more details.

How will purchases and refunds work?

The app store you use will handle purchases and refunds. After launch, use the purchase or order history in that store to view your receipt and available support options.
